Taking Super B and Super Lean together? Burn more fat and feel more energized with this simple weight loss management system from NutraGlow's experts.

Follow this diet carefully for 3-5 days to jumpstart your metabolism. On days 5-7, add non-starch vegetables to your breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Then alternate between protein and protein/non-starch vegetables every two days.

For best results, be sure to eat breakfast within 1 hour of waking up and avoid eating after 6-7 p.m.
